Security of our customers data is a priority at Extension Technologies. This page lists some of the important measures in place to protect and safeguard our customers information.
Data at Transit and Rest Encryption
Application data over the internet when using the Extension ERP platform via the dashboard or APIs is encrypted with TLS. Data at Rest is encrypted with industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Application Security
We conduct annual vulnerability and penetration assessments. Changes to application code or infrastructure are reviewed, following industry best practices, following principles of least-privilege, using firewalls and security controls.
Infrastructure Security
Our services are hosted on Digital Ocean, compliant with SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, PCI-DSS. You can read more about Digital Ocean security here.
